Kasa is an investment vehicle set up by Alipasha Razzaghipour to allow family and friends to access the returns produced by his self managed superannuation fund.

The Kasa Global Equity Strategy aims to generate 8–10% pa by investing in a concentrated portfolio of listed global equities. It is a vanilla, long only strategy, and does not engage in shorting, leverage or the use of derivatives.

From its 2002 inception through to June 2026 the Strategy returned 14% pa, against its objective of 8–10% pa. The Vanguard MSCI International Shares Index ETF produced 8% pa over the same period.

To put it another way, $1 invested in the Strategy at its inception would now be worth about $23, against about $11 had it grown at our objective as it stood in each year and about $6 in the Vanguard ETF.

Performance figures are as at 30 June 2026 and are stated after fees and before taxes. They derive from Kasa's audited accounts, other than FY2026, which is based on preliminary, unaudited accounts. Fees are applied at Kasa's current rates across the entire period.
